1. About Mr.Premium App

Mr.Premium App ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates as a digital products and services e-commerce platform. We provide curated digital offers, software subscriptions, and application bundles for PC and Android platforms. Our platform connects buyers and sellers of digital products while handling payment processing and order fulfillment.

These Terms & Conditions govern:

• The purchase and delivery of digital products and services

• Dispute resolution and liability limitations

2. Age and Eligibility

Providing false or misleading information may result in order cancellation and potential legal action.

4. Products and Services

4.1 Product Description

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of all products and services offered on Mr.Premium App. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free, current, or complete. All products include compatible software licenses, activation codes, and digital delivery methods as specified.

4.2 Product Availability

All products are offered on an "as available" basis. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to:

4.4 Third-Party Software

Some products may include third-party software with separate terms, licenses, or usage agreements. By purchasing such products, you agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms and conditions.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxation unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.

5.2 Payment Methods

Mr.Premium App accepts payment through the following mobile banking channels:

• bKash: Direct transfer to our merchant account
• Nagad: Direct transfer to our merchant account
• Rocket: Direct transfer to our merchant account

Payment instructions and merchant account details are provided at checkout.

5.3 Payment Verification

To complete your order, you must provide:

• Your transaction ID or reference number
• Transaction confirmation screenshots (optional but recommended)
• The exact amount transferred

We verify all payments with mobile banking service providers before confirming and processing your order.

5.4 Failed Payments

If your payment fails or is declined, we will not process your order. You may attempt payment again, or contact our support team for assistance. Any failed or declined payment must be reported within 24 hours of the transaction date.

5.5 Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been charged multiple times for a single order, contact us immediately within 7 days. We will investigate and issue refunds for any duplicate charges.

6. Order Confirmation and Delivery

6.1 Order Confirmation

Once your payment is verified, you will receive an order confirmation email and WhatsApp message containing:

• Order number and date
• Product details and quantity
• Total amount paid
• Activation codes or download links for digital products
• Estimated delivery or activation time

6.2 Digital Delivery

For digital products, delivery occurs immediately after payment verification via:

• Email containing activation codes and instructions
• WhatsApp message with product details
• Direct download links for software bundles

Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the confirmation email within 15 minutes.

6.3 Delivery Time

Digital products are normally delivered within 30 minutes to 2 hours of payment confirmation during business hours (10 AM - 10 PM Bangladesh Standard Time). During off-hours, delivery may be delayed until the next business day.

6.4 Non-Receipt of Products

If you do not receive your digital product after 4 hours of payment confirmation, contact us immediately. We will resend the product or investigate the issue. If the problem cannot be resolved, we will offer a full refund.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Mr.Premium App including logos, trademarks, designs, text, graphics, and software are the property of Mr.Premium App or our licensors. You may not:

8.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service that is the subject of the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mr.Premium App, its owners, managers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and liabilities (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of Mr.Premium App
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringement of any third-party rights due to your actions

10. Disputes and Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

Before initiating legal action, you agree to attempt resolution through our customer service:

1. Contact our support team within 7 days of the dispute
2. Provide detailed documentation of your complaint
3. Allow 14 days for investigation and response
4. If not resolved, request escalation to management

10.3 Jurisdiction

Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Bangladesh for any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions.

10.4 Limitation Period

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms & Conditions must be commenced within 1 year after the cause of action arises, or it will be forever barred.

11. Termination and Suspension

11.1 Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to terminate your access to Mr.Premium App at any time, with or without cause, effective immediately. This may occur if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Provide false information
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures
• Harass or abuse our staff or other users

11.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use Mr.Premium App will immediately cease. We may refuse future orders and delete your contact information from our system (except where required for legal or tax purposes).

12. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Mr.Premium App after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

13. Severability
